We follow Oracle AIM, Lean Six Sigma and eSCM Framework to delivery services to our clients.

For Oracle EBS implementation and Upgrade projects, we have integrated our implementation experiences with various methodologies, including Oracle AIM and Lean Six Sigma - to derive what we feel is a consistent, effective and proven approach. We ensure proper Project Management and Quality Assurance through the life cycle of the project.

eSCM-SP Framework Model

For outsourcing engagements (application outsourcing or procurement outsourcing), we primarily follow the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP). eSCM is a framework developed by ITSqc at Carnegie Mellon University (CMM is for Software development companies and eSCM is for IT services companies).

eSCM-SP serves as the overall process framework for providing outsourced services and also provide specific guidance for initiating, transferring and managing sourcing relationships across the sourcing life-cycle.
