Extended Enhancement Services
We will work with your IT team to understand and prioritize new business requirements, pain areas and challenges from existing implementations. We will put them into a multi-generation release plan and execute on a monthly or quarterly schedule on a very cost-effective basis.
You may opt to use our Extended Services for executing all the components end to end or a few components based on your internal team workload and skill sets.
We provide a fixed price for each custom component based complexity and type (reports, forms, interfaces, etc.). Below are some of the custom components that we can develop for you:
Custom Development (RICE, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions)
- New XML Publisher Reports
- Conversion of legacy Oracle reports to XML Publisher
- Concurrent programs for processes, automation
- Forms customization, Personalization, CUSTOM.pll extensions
- Data conversion / Migration
- Workflows and function logic in PLSQL
- XML Gateway mappings including DTD changes (OAG, CXML)
- OA Framework customizations
- BPEL processes (new or re-engineer from Workflow)
- Interface development
In addition to custom development work, our functional experts can also help you to create new operating units, new inventory organizations and enable new functionalities. We do all the necessary configurations during the enhancement release.
You can combine the above extended enhancement services along with a point release upgrade. In that scenario, our experts will perform impact analysis and porting on old custom codes to a newer version. For major upgrades please refer to Upgrade Services in our website.
If your enhancement effort is lengthy and requires a separate project, we will manage it under our Implementation Services.
