We have experienced Oracle Applications DBA and Oracle DBA, to provide you with mission-critical support and to efficiently run your Oracle Application instances. We will assign you a Senior DBA manager who understands your IT infrastructure, various systems, access and change control processes. Your DBA manager will become your single point of contact and will support your database by leveraging a global team of Oracle DBAs and our Oracle knowledge base. Our DBA Services will relieve you from performing routine tasks and after-hour support, freeing your team to perform more strategic and value-added activities.
We provide extended DBA services on a fixed monthly fee or on Usage basis (T&M). You choose the timing of coverage – standard (for peak-hour support), after-hours (for routine maintenance tasks) or 24*7 support. Below is the list of DBA support services that we provide:
