We provide skilled functional and technical staff and business analysts to support your Oracle applications and associated customizations and interfaces. You will receive an Oracle Apps Subject Matter Expert (SME) who understands your business, applications and associated IT infrastructure. Your SME will become your single point of contact and support your applications by leveraging a global team of Oracle experts and our Oracle knowledge base.
We provide extended application support services on a fixed monthly fee or on a Usage basis (T&M). Below is the list of Ongoing, Proactive and Supplemental support services that you can configure according to your needs.
Ongoing Support Services:
- Case or Support ticket management for production issues
