Arul Murugan, President & CEO

enrich IT was founded by Mr. Murugan in 2003 and since then the company has consistently grown-nearly doubling every year since its inception. Mr. Murugan's vision is to be a pioneer in the application of technology

to business, and to be the market leader in  providing end-to-end solutions. Mr. Murugan's leadership has resulted in the development of an On-Demand Platform BPO solution that optimally combines technology, enterprise applications management and business process management to deliver outstanding value to enrich IT customers. Mr. Murugan's immense experience in Oracle technology, coupled with sound business process knowledge in supply chain management and procurement domains, has strongly positioned enrich IT for solid and sustained financial growth and success.

Mr. Murugan's career began as a shop floor engineer in TI, India and was followed by several global and prestigious implementations of Oracle EBS projects for companies like GE Energy, GE Healthcare, Cymer, Fellowes and Genicom. He received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India and is a certified CPIM from APICS.

Arul Murugan was awarded E&Y Entrepreneur of the year finalist in 2008 and 2009. Under his leadership, enrich IT has won esteemed awards from Deloitte, Inc Magazine, FETNA and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Mike Casey, Chief Financial Officer

Mike Casey brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution, having served as CFO in leading public software and technology companies including MAPICS, iXL Enterprises, Manhattan Associates and IQ Software. As CFO for enrich IT, Mr. Casey oversees all of the financial functions within the organization. His extensive experience in the technology and communication industries makes him an excellent addition to the enrich IT team. Mr. Casey is responsible for monitoring both capital and operating budgets and overseeing all enrich IT contracts, partnerships, acquisitions, and developments.

Mr. Casey began his career with Arthur Andersen. Additionally he worked with MAPICS, a publicly traded, global enterprise resource planning software company. Prior to joining MAPICS, Mike served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for iXL Enterprises. Previously, Mike served as CFO of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a publicly traded developer of supply chain execution systems, during rapid growth and its successful initial public o"ering. Mike's experience also includes serving as CFO for IQ Software Corporation, a publicly traded developer of business intelligence solutions, during its growth and successful initial public offering. Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Ganesh Venkatesh (GV), Vice President of Global Service Delivery

GV is an experienced leader with more than 20 years and is managing enrich IT's off shore development activities in India for its global customers. He is a focused and hands-on manager. He is an experienced executive in Oracle Applications, in large implementations, upgrades and support. His strong Oracle background and experience lends itself very well to the continued growth of enrich IT. His progressive experience, ranging from programming, designing, architecting to project management and is a great asset to the company.

GV received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He further pursued his management education from IIM, Bangalore where he earned a PGDM with specialization in Finance. Prior to joining enrich IT, GV worked for Oracle corporation for about 5 years and prior to that he worked in US in companies like Genpact, Sierra Atlantic and PPG Industries. GV is also a certifed CPIM from APICS and has considerable exposure to Lean and Six-sigma practices.

Kavitha Palani, Vice President, Human Capital Management

Kavitha Palani brings extensive experience in successful start up operations which has fostered enrich IT's multifaceted growth. She is a dedicated leader with exceptional management skills. Her vision and aegis has helped enrich IT continuously prove itself an ‘Employee First' organization. Her managerial skills combined with immense experience in human resources, sales, accounting and recruitment, provide a delightful experience for both employees and customers. She successfully outsourced HR, Operations, and Recruitment to our own captive center in India and reduced operating costs more than 50%. She has also been responsible for developing and implementing the organization's operating strategies, tactical plans and performance targets to deliver competitive solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Ms. Palani received her B.S. degree from Tamilnadu Dr. MGR University in India, and is currently working on her Masters in Business Administration. 

Kelly Laughlin, Vice President Marketing & Communications

Kelly Laughlin is an award winning communications professional with over 18 years in the industry. Her specialization lies in the areas of strategic internal and external communications/marketing, culture development and brand identification. She is experienced in developing employee engagement and customer service programs as well as full scale advertising and marketing campaigns. Under her leadership, enrich IT is positioned as a thought leader and innovator in the Applications Services, Procurement BPO, and Strategic Consulting space.

Mrs. Laughlin constantly pursues new and interesting ways of telling enrich IT's great story. It is through proper positioning and messaging that the company will continue to grow and succeed in helping our clients with outstanding business solutions.

She received her B.A in Communication from Auburn University. She also attended Auburn University for her graduate studies in Communication where she taught Public Speaking to undergraduate students. She is currently working on her certification by the International Association for Business Communicators.
